I’m Athena. I'm currently a Master's student in Biomedical Communications at the University of Toronto, with a background in health sciences and anatomy education.

I work with clients to make complex scientific ideas easier to understand and more accessible for diverse and targeted audiences. My work focuses on clear, engaging storytelling and accurate visual representation of data. My current academic interests lie in advancing educational strategies and improving knowledge translation for student and patient populations.

When I am not academically occupied, you can most likely find me climbing and falling off of artificial rocks, drawing or crafting for fun, cafe-hopping with friends, or aggressively taking photos of life’s beautiful and mundane things (though I would not dare call myself a photographer).
